This historic building is newly renovated and updated to include insulated windows, grey barnwood style flooring, and a high efficiency air system to ensure a comfortable, causal atmosphere for any group at any time of year.
We offer flexible rental options to suit your needs and budget. Choose from weekday two/four-hour rental periods to two-day weekend packages. Advance deposit is required to hold reservation.
Tables, chairs and restroom are available when renting the Hall.
The rental space can seat 75+ guests comfortably, has a raised stage area, and has a restroom located at the front of the main room. A kitchen is available for limited use for an additional fee.
Rates for Hall rental during weekdays start at $50 for a two hour period of use.
Rates for Hall rental on Saturdays & Sundays start at $250 for a six hour period of use.
Rental of the adjoining kitchen and serving/receiving space may be included for an additional fee. The Kitchen and serving/receiving space is directly behind the Hall with access by an interior hallway. There is also an outside smoking deck beyond the kitchen for guests' use. Rates for the Kitchen area start at $25 for weekdays, and $200 for use on weekends.
Our meeting place is located just off of US 290, a half mile south of the popular, historic, downtown Chappell Hill Main St. It is an easy exit off US 290 coming from either the East or West.
Coming from Brenham, and points west, exit FM 1371, just before the traffic light at Chappell Hill, and then turn right onto Chadwick Hogan Rd.
Coming from Houston, take the FM 1371 exit just before Chappell Hill, turn left across highway, and then an immediate right, onto 1371. Travel west on 1371 for about two miles., then turn left onto Chadwick Hogan Rd.

As experienced professionals in the amusement, entertainment, and retail industries we have a strong working knowledge of running various events and have a wealth of established connections in these industries. It is our aim to encourage and bring forth a variety of exceptional experiences to make Heritage Hall a place that patrons will want to revisit for years to come.
Our event space is equipped with modern connivences including high-speed Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, air conditioning inside. There is plenty of parking, lawn space for up to 24+ outdoor tent spots, and outside access to water. Rental rates for tent spaces vary according to event host.

We will do our best help make your dream event a reality, Please note: to ensure a successful event, advance planning is key, usually six months is ideal. Send inquiries to P.O.
