This historic building is newly renovated and updated to include insulated windows, grey barnwood style flooring, and a high efficiency air system to ensure a comfortable, causal atmosphere for any group at any time of year.

We offer customizable rental packages to suit your needs and budget. From weekday group rentals to full weekend packages, we are flexible in developing a custom agreement tailored to your specific needs.
Amenities
Tables, chairs and two restrooms are available when renting the Hall.
The rental space can seat 75+ guests comfortably, has a raised stage area, and has restrooms located at the front and stage left of the main room. A kitchen is available for limited use for an additional fee.
Rates for weekday groups start at $50 for a two hour rental. Please note: no food or drink may be served in the Hall without rental of the Kitchen also.
Rates for Saturdays & Sundays start at $250 for six hour time slots. Rental of kitchen area and serving/receiving space may be included for an additional fee.
The Kitchen and serving/receiving room is directly behind the Hall with access by an interior hallway. The Kitchen and receiving/serving area has an outside smoking deck, and can accommodate up to 30 guests standing/mingling. Rates for this area start at $50 for Kitchen use on a weekday, and $250 for the entire space to be reserved for a weekend rental.
Conveniently Located
Our meeting place is located just off of US 290, a half mile south of the popular, historic, downtown Chappell Hill Main St. It is an easy exit off US 290 coming from either the East or West.
Coming from Brenham, and points west, exit FM 1371, just before the traffic light at Chappell Hill, and then turn right onto Chadwick Hogan Rd.
Coming from Houston, take the FM 1371 exit just before Chappell Hill, turn left across highway, and then an immediate right, onto 1371. Travel west on 1371 for about two miles., then turn left onto Chadwick Hogan Rd.

At Heritage Hall, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As experienced professionals in the amusement, entertainment, and retail industries we have a strong working knowledge of running various events, and have a wealth of established connections in these industries. It is our aim to bring together a variety of exceptional vendor shows, with unique and quality wares, to create a destination type show that patrons will want to revisit for years to come.
Facilities available to host a vendor show
Our event space is equipped with modern facilities including high-speed Wi-Fi, electrical outlets, audio equipment, restrooms and air conditioning. There are 12 indoor spaces available and 36+ outdoor spaces. Rental rates for spaces during a show are vary according to host.
Application
If you are interested in hosting a vendor show, please submit an organizational plan or letter of experience along with photos & list of items to be presented. Be sure to include a phone number and email for us to respond. Upon approval, a deposit will be required. Please make inquiries six months out, four months is a minimum for a successful event.
